A perfect location to enjoy a peaceful holiday in an idyllic, rural setting, yet in a central location on the island. You are only 10 mintes away from Ibiza town, the most beautiful beaches and other beautiful villages and hot spots, so you can explore the entire island without any problem! With its 270 m² living space, villa Linda is a spacious house, located in a rural area. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with orange trees, palm trees and even a pond with frogs to keep the mosquitoes away. There are various terraces and sitting areas around the house, where it is pleasant to stay. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace. The covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge is also located here, next to the pool. You will also find an extra bathroom
with shower and toilet, as well as an outdoor shower. Enjoy the Ibizan sun on the loungers by the pool, take a refreshing dip in the pool, drink your aperitif on the first-floor terrace with a view over the countryside, while the kids are playing in the large garden. You end this perfect day with a BBQ with friends, eating and talking around the large outside dining table by the pool. This is 100% vacation! The villa is quiet yet very centrally located in San Rafael, just outside the center, where you will find a supermarket, coffee shops and various restaurants. Ibiza town is only a 10 minute drive away and the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Comte, Cala Tarida etc. are also nearby. The perfect base for a varied holiday with both peace and adventure. The property consists of 2 floors and contains 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully fequipped kitchen with open living space, garage and laundry room. In the months outside the high season (July / Aug),
the house can also be rented for smaller groups up to 6 people, without the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.

I have always been afraid of renting an expensive property abroad for a holiday, because one has logical thoughts and above all fears for one's hard-saved money. It's the deposit and prepayment that you worry about the most, but you've taken away any bad feelings and I'll never check into a hotel in Ibiza again. We had another great week in Ibiza! The finca is beautifully situated in nature. Super quiet. Pure relaxation. The house is well equipped. Very nice hosts! We could not talk much because we don't speak Spanish, we did But still well understood! Thank you. We'll be back! Oh, the dog guarded us well!
It all worked out really well! Handover and return were completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Our contact Patrick also had numerous tips for us before and during our stay, such as rental cars, etc. We can recommend Ibiza Seclected.
We just spent 2 weeks in 2021 the amazing Villa Pearl. Patrick is very nice, knows the island perfectly and brings a highly valuable service. We also booked with him a private Chef, Yoga courses, E-Bike and a boat with captain. The whole experience was absolutely perfect, we can then without worrying recommend Ibiza Selected !

BEST IBIZA AWARD! Thank you very much for this perfect care! Patrick was always available by phone and has more than fulfilled all wishes. Since we arrived with 10 people only in the evening, we did not want to shop yet and have ordered the delivery service before our arrival to fill the refrigerators (an order form can be found on the website). The drinks labels were ALL directed forward to the open fridge, I have not expected, WORLD CLASS !!! The house Casa Voss was perfectly clean, well maintained, the garden with pool was provided with nice detail .... We all felt very well without exception. I've been coming to the island for 22 years and have been booking exclusively for Patricks Ibiza Selected for seven years. The requirements were different every time. I needed old town apartments, nice four people Fincas or cheap variants with 3 to 4 bedrooms. We always found something. The care and accessibility was also perfectly. Like last year, we booked another Secret Villa through IBIZA SELECTED. A very tastefully decorated house, well maintained with great views. The transfer service was again professional and unproblematic. Overall, a great holiday!
