Three bedrooms are designed as classic double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms serve as small apartments for up to four people, also with en-suite bathroom each, a small kitchen and living room area. All rooms are located on the ground floor, have their own entrance for maximum privacy and are just a step away from the pool and lounge areas. Each of the rooms offers everything you would expect from a typical Ibizan finca: while keeping the old and rough stone structure, the use of solid wood materials and selected furniture contrast nicely with all the modern amenities you may wish for your cosy and relaxing Ibiza holiday, such as modern speaker systems, osmosis fresh water systems, high-speed internet, etc.

But this is just the start! As guests of this estate, you have the exclusive opportunity to use a beautifully situated and covered ‘sala’ – for your private dinners, yoga classes or personal training sessions. On top of this, and this is definitely unique for Ibiza, you have optional access to an outdoor cinema, where you can organize super private and exclusive movie or sports nights broadcasted through a 15 m2 LED screen. The family-run property consists of an additional detached house at the northern end of the estate, which has a separate entrance and is home to the staff who maintain the huge 1.6-hectare estate.This won’t intervene with your privacy, but you should be aware of it.
Included in your rental price is a daily cleaning service at your individual convenience and a standby concierge.
The event team can prepare daily breakfasts, private lunches or dinners for an extra charge and helps you with setting up the entertainment system, etc.
