Under the guidance of Edwin Vinke, a chef awarded two Michelin stars, they unveil a multitude of flavors in the palace built in 1742 that will captivate every tastebud. Edwin believes that every dish must come from the heart, and this sentiment is truly felt when savoring his creations.<\/p>\n

Each dish can rightfully be called a true work of art. With masterful skill and a creative touch, they reflect the essence of Ibiza in an unforgettable way. Adding to the experience is the picturesque location of the restaurant, offering breathtaking views over the magical Ibiza.<\/p>\n

The extraordinary experience begins even before arrival. You will be comfortably picked up either from your home or a designated meeting point and chauffeured stylishly into the old town. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted in the wine cellar with an aperitif, where the history of the building and the restaurant will be explained to you.<\/p>\n

Continuing on, you will enjoy a seasonal menu that offers a seven-course tasting experience. Furthermore, there is the option to add three additional courses to further enrich your culinary journey. A highlight from the previous menu was the Mini Hot Dog, magically conjured by Edwin from a smoked carrot. Its taste was so impressively meat-like that it truly left you wondering.
