Ibiza does not only stand for its wonderful beaches, the extensive parties or the great culinary. It can also be wonderful on the mega versatile island shopping. Whether visiting the small, unique boutiques of Ibiza old town, the traditional hippie-markets or the large commercial shopping centers, the island is the right choice for every shopping heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

Probably the most popular shopping option for tourists in Ibiza is <\/span>La Sirena<\/span><\/a>, a large shopping chain with a variety of shops and major shopping centers on the island. The La Sirena shopping centers offer many well-known brands such as Adidas, Guess, Diesel, Desigual and many more. Whether for sports or everyday life, here everyone is guaranteed to find something. The assortment ranges from clothing to shoes to accessories. Especially beachwear, towels and souvenirs are plenty. The approximately 25 shops are located in Ibiza Town, at Playa d’en Bossa, in Santa Eulalia and San Antonio. In addition to La Sirena, numerous international fashion chains such as Zara, Mango, Pull & Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius have found their place in Ibiza. For underwear and bikini-shopping stores like the Italian fashion chain Calzedonia, Intimissimi and Tezenis invite for an amazing shopping tour. Those who like to shop vintage and keep an eye out for the specials are sure to find something in the following stores: Unique fashion for unique people offers the vintage-shop <\/span>Holala<\/span><\/a> in Ibiza. For 40 years, they have been offering vintage pieces and recycled, upgraded clothing. <\/span><\/p>\n

Even the small shop <\/span>Vintage – Icons & Echoes<\/span><\/a> in a hidden little street in Santa Eulalia has new as well as second-hand clothing and accessories from the past and the present, for those who love a daring and surprising appearance. <\/span><\/p>\n

One of the oldest fashion shops in Ibiza is <\/span>Vicente Ganesha<\/span><\/a>, whose small shop sell exceptional items from antique to modern. In addition to cheerful colors and natural fabrics, there are also shoes and decorative items to buy in a special style, even world stars cannot miss a stroll in this traditional shop and an encounter with Ganesha itself. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the numerous luxury boutiques and vintage shops, it is worthwhile to visit the traditional hippy markets during a holiday in Ibiza. <\/span>The arts and crafts of Ibiza have a rich history, starting in the 60’s when numerous artists, architects and fashion designers came to the island to live out their creative freedom. One of the largest and best-known markets is the hippy market of <\/span>Las Dalias<\/span><\/a>, which takes place on Saturdays in San Carlos, not only during the main season. There you will discover pure treasures such as self-made fashion, hand-crafted pieces of jewellery or accessories made of leather and other fine fabrics, as well as decorative items as memorabilia to the enchanting Ibiza. With up to 500 booths, live music and colorful events, Ibiza’s two largest & oldest hippy markets draw thousands of people each year to indulge themselves in the typical flower-power atmosphere. In addition to the two major hippie markets, the island offers many other smaller markets with homemade goods and food from organic home grown by the islanders. One of these markets for locals is the market in San Jordi, which takes place on Saturdays on the grounds of the San Jordi Hipodromo and is accessible to all. The Eco-Market of Sant Josep offers delicacies from organic and natural cultivation, absolutely eco-friendly food and homemade handicrafts from bags to locally made sandals, baskets and island-typical souvenirs. <\/span><\/p>\n

Not to be underestimated are the small shops, especially in the old town of Ibiza, where Ibizan specialties are offered. One of these specialties is the “<\/span>Sal de Ibiza<\/span><\/a>” which consists of 100% sea salt and is produced directly on the island. Its stores can be found in Santa Eulalia and San Jose. <\/span><\/p>\n

La Casita Ibicenca<\/span><\/a> offers traditional local products and can be found in the old port area of \u200b\u200bIbiza Town. The products are 100% domestic and of high quality. The small shop offers “Sal de Ibiza”, herbal liqueur “Hierbas” made from Ibizan herbs, the aromatic Ibizan gin “LAW” as well as the island’s own beer “isle\u00f1a” and much more. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you love the eco-quality, at <\/span>Pachamama<\/span><\/a> in San Antonio you are in the right store. Here you will find organic food, which was produced \/ grown directly on the island and sold in an ecological way, namely without any packaging waste. The assortment ranges from pasta, legumes, teas, fruits and vegetables to naturally produced cosmetics. <\/span><\/p>\n
