Santa GertrudisThis Villa is a 5 bedroom Ibizan property simply bursting with authentic charm and traditional architecture close to the fashionable village of Santa Gertrudis, which is renowned for its lively vibe and abundance of elegant bars, cafes and the capital, Ibiza Town, with its decadent lifestyle scene is just a short drive and the central location offers you easy access to all of the beautiful beaches to be discovered on the island.
Located in a quiet hillside neighbourhood, the house sits majestically overlooking the valley at its feet, with stunning views to the extensive pine tree forests, the farmlands that surround the villa and the sea in the distance. The house was completely renovated in 2018 giving it a fresh modern summer vibe that visitors from around the world. The interiors are a minimal chic dream, with a white theme which flows from the living and dining spaces to the sleeping areas.
The house offers 5 double bedrooms, 4 with bathroom en-suite and all of them king/queen size beds. We also find a small annex room to the master suite which could work as an additional bedroom in case guests are travelling with kids. All living areas face the captivating country views, including its several terraces, large dining tables and chill-out corners which all serve to maximise its peaceful atmosphere.
Step outside into the grounds of the villa and immerse yourself in the true beauty of the nature which surrounds you, with a charming pool area surrounded by sun soaked terraces and various trees and plants filling the air with their fragrance. Relax on one of the luxurious loungers and take in the view, or entertain friends and family in the delightful alfresco dining area.

I have always been afraid of renting an expensive property abroad for a holiday, because one has logical thoughts and above all fears for one's hard-saved money. It's the deposit and prepayment that you worry about the most, but you've taken away any bad feelings and I'll never check into a hotel in Ibiza again. I have been holidaying in Ibiza for several years but you have given my wife and I the best days in Ibiza we have ever had. The whole process was really flawless and your helpfulness is 100% what I was looking for/what everyone is looking for! I got a quick answer to every question, and there were quite a few, and above all I felt extremely well looked after. You even found the most brilliant wedding speaker for me out of nowhere and at very short notice, allowing us to have our dream wedding in this dream villa. The villa looked exactly like on the photos, which I liked extremely much, because often you see old photos and get a nasty surprise when you arrive. With you, you get exactly what you see and book, I really appreciate that! I could probably write a whole book about how well you and your team have taken care of me 😊 I can only say thank you so much for everything and I am already planning my next stay in one of your dream villas. We had another great week in Ibiza! The finca is beautifully situated in nature. Super quiet. Pure relaxation. The house is well equipped. Very nice hosts! We could not talk much because we don't speak Spanish, we did But still well understood! Thank you. We'll be back! Oh, the dog guarded us well!
It all worked out really well! Handover and return were completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Our contact Patrick also had numerous tips for us before and during our stay, such as rental cars, etc. We can recommend Ibiza Seclected.
We just spent 2 weeks in 2021 the amazing Villa Pearl. Patrick is very nice, knows the island perfectly and brings a highly valuable service. We also booked with him a private Chef, Yoga courses, E-Bike and a boat with captain. The whole experience was absolutely perfect, we can then without worrying recommend Ibiza Selected !

BEST IBIZA AWARD! Thank you very much for this perfect care! Patrick was always available by phone and has more than fulfilled all wishes. Since we arrived with 10 people only in the evening, we did not want to shop yet and have ordered the delivery service before our arrival to fill the refrigerators (an order form can be found on the website). The drinks labels were ALL directed forward to the open fridge, I have not expected, WORLD CLASS !!! The house Casa Voss was perfectly clean, well maintained, the garden with pool was provided with nice detail .... We all felt very well without exception. I've been coming to the island for 22 years and have been booking exclusively for Patricks Ibiza Selected for seven years. The requirements were different every time. I needed old town apartments, nice four people Fincas or cheap variants with 3 to 4 bedrooms. We always found something. The care and accessibility was also perfectly. Like last year, we booked another Secret Villa through IBIZA SELECTED. A very tastefully decorated house, well maintained with great views. The transfer service was again professional and unproblematic. Overall, a great holiday!
