Sant CarlesDie Villa San Carlos für 8 Personen ist ein wunderschönes, großes Landhaus im Finca-Stil mit liebevoller und komfortabler Einrichtung. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, an einem Hügel, mitten in der Natur und in der Nähe von San Carlos. Vor dem Landhaus befindet sich eine große überdachte Terrasse mit einem Tisch und Stühlen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und üppig bewachsen mit großen Bäumen, Mimosen, Palmen und Akazien. Den Pool 10 x 5 Meter Pool umgibt eine Sonnenterrasse aus Naturstein mit einer BBQ-Außenküche. Des Weiteren gibt es an der Seite eine Außen-Dusche und -Toilette. Ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto von San Carlos entfernt liegen die gemütlichen, kleinen Strände Cala Nova, Cala Leña, Cala Boix und Agua Blanca.
Durch den traditionellen Eingang des Landhauses kommen Sie in die Halle. Gleich dort ist ein Gästebad mit Dusche. Von der Halle aus kommen Sie ins großzügige Esszimmer mit einer schönen 4 Meter hohen Balkendecke und einem offenen Kamin. Im Seitenflügel befinden sich zwei schöne geräumige Schlafzimmer, die beide mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet sind. Zwischen den beiden Zimmern gibt es ein schönes großes Badezimmer mit doppeltem Waschtisch. Die weiteren 2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der oberen Etage. Sie teilen sich ein großes Badezimmer mit doppeltem Waschtisch und Dusche.

Dear Patrick, we would like to thank you once again for the super service in the beautiful Villa Julia. Already at the reception you feel very comfortable, and the indescribable view of the cliffs with the pool in front takes your breath away. The rooms in the villa are practically laid out, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Even from the bathroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped. We wanted for nothing. We can highly recommend the house and Ibiza Selected to everyone.
I have always been afraid of renting an expensive property abroad for a holiday, because one has logical thoughts and above all fears for one's hard-saved money. It's the deposit and prepayment that you worry about the most, but you've taken away any bad feelings and I'll never check into a hotel in Ibiza again. I have been holidaying in Ibiza for several years but you have given my wife and I the best days in Ibiza we have ever had. The whole process was really flawless and your helpfulness is 100% what I was looking for/what everyone is looking for! I got a quick answer to every question, and there were quite a few, and above all I felt extremely well looked after. You even found the most brilliant wedding speaker for me out of nowhere and at very short notice, allowing us to have our dream wedding in this dream villa. The villa looked exactly like on the photos, which I liked extremely much, because often you see old photos and get a nasty surprise when you arrive. We had another great week in Ibiza! The finca is beautifully situated in nature. Super quiet. Pure relaxation. The house is well equipped. Very nice hosts! We could not talk much because we don't speak Spanish, we did But still well understood! Thank you. We'll be back! Oh, the dog guarded us well!
It all worked out really well! Handover and return were completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Our contact Patrick also had numerous tips for us before and during our stay, such as rental cars, etc. We can recommend Ibiza Seclected.
We just spent 2 weeks in 2021 the amazing Villa Pearl. Patrick is very nice, knows the island perfectly and brings a highly valuable service. We also booked with him a private Chef, Yoga courses, E-Bike and a boat with captain. The whole experience was absolutely perfect, we can then without worrying recommend Ibiza Selected !

I've been coming to the island for 22 years and have been booking exclusively for Patricks Ibiza Selected for seven years. The requirements were different every time. I needed old town apartments, nice four people Fincas or cheap variants with 3 to 4 bedrooms. We always found something. The care and accessibility was also perfectly. Like last year, we booked another Secret Villa through IBIZA SELECTED. A very tastefully decorated house, well maintained with great views. The transfer service was again professional and unproblematic. Overall, a great holiday!
