6. General reservation and cancellation conditions
All offers from Ibiza Selected are always and generally non-binding. A booking will be pre-reserved by a booking confirmation. To make a definite reservation, 50% of the total amount of your stay must be paid to the homeowner by bank transfer within one week. Lease agreements are always closed only with the homeowner through the down payment, with the liability of the completion your holiday at the company Ibiza Selected. The company Ibiza Selected is a travel company and provides its billing directly to the homeowner and has nothing to do with the money transfer between the homeowner and customers.

In case of cancellation by the guest at least two months before the planned date of arrival, the deposit will be credited free of charge for further bookings within the same and the following year for the same holiday property or on request transferred back for a service fee of 250€. Cancellation fees under two months: 60 to 45 days 50%, 45 to 14 days 70%, 13 to 1 day 90%, for no-shows 100%. If we or you find another guest for the lost time, we will of course pay you 100% of the booked time minus a service charge fee of 250€.

If there is an unforeseen breakdown of the property, such as wind, water or fire damage, the property is no longer habitable, we will look for another alternative and the owner will take care of it to transfer the money back.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are insured in case of illness or other personal preventive measures. Ibiza Selected legally acts as a travel broker in the contract and the leasing contracts are generally closed by payment to the homeowner. Ibiza Selected is responsible that the villa or house is really existing and is available to you on-site as a contact person at any time.

7. General Obligations from the Agency and Cancellation Policy for Home Owners

The homeowner gives to Ibiza Selected all necessary property information completely and correctly. The owner is responsible for the maintenance of the rental property and must immediately notify the broker of changes or innovations. If the owner cancels an already existing firm booking with a deposit from us, we will set a contractual penalty of 3 times the rate of our defaulted commission. In addition, the deposit must be transferred back to the guest within 5 working days. If an client cancel his booking or go out of the villa by his own response and get the reimbursement from the owner our commission will be not included in the reimbursement for our afford. We as an agentcy are responible for the office management, for the transfers, Checkin and Checkout, that the villa exist, proof the villa that all is like described and on the pictures that we provide.

 

8. Tax Law
All prices are gross prices for end customers including the 10% tourist tax. If an invoice has to be issued for a company, 21% IVA (VAT) will be added to the most holiday properties. This depends on whether a villa is owned by a private person or a company (usually S.L.). Here you must request us explicitly.
