Villa Guaita is a spacious and privileged villa located, in a very quiet area, 1 km from the picturesque town of Sant Joant de Labritja, famous for its hippy market, (taking place in the town square all Sundays from 10:30 am), and only 7 km from the well-known Benirrás beach in the north of the island of Ibiza, known worldwide for its spectacular sunsets and its hippy drum parties.
Outside the finca with a flat land of 17,700 sqm (fully fenced land) you can enjoy multiple free spaces for summer leisure, you will find the 14 x 4 sqm pool, outdoor jacuzzi, dining area – barbecue, lawn, and some wonderful Mediterranean gardens with fruit trees (orange, lemon, cherry, apple, quince, carob and centenary olive trees).
