IMS – International Music Summit
The IMS is the leading summit of the electronic music scene and takes place annually at the beginning of the summer season. This year around 1200 representatives of the music scene came together in Ibiza and held many seminars and meetings on three unforgettable days. Thus they offer a platform for the electronic music of tomorrow and plan future joint projects. This year, mental health, inclusion and diversity as well as the further development of the club culture were the main themes.
This event is an inspiring summit that celebrates the attention and appreciation for electronic music and all related forms of art. Marco Carolas – Music On
The legendary techno party “Music On” by Marco Carola was again a special highlight of the island this year. Every Thursday the party took places at Pacha instead of Amnesia (like in the years before) and was a great event to dance and celebrate into the deep night. The very special moments of the party are usually experienced in the early morning hours. An absolute must-visit in 2020 if you like the more dark Techno!
Mucho Ibiza – Latin Party
The hot beats of the Latin American music have gained more space in Ibiza’s celebration scene this year. Mucho Ibiza, this year’s Sunday party at Ushuaia, offered a stage for big names of the Latin scene. Open-air dancing was possible during the day until late at night and the sounds of the global stars of the scene could be heard. Directly at the pool of the Ushuaia Club the people danced to hot rhythms of Reggaeton music with big names like Ozuna and Daddy Yankee. Those who like the Latin vibes should not miss this party next year.
ELROW Open Air Party
Just last year, the cooperation between the well-known event series ELROW and the Ushuaia Club has began and its success was easy to see.
Therefore, Ushuaia offered them the stage for four times this year to celebrate one of the most extravagant parties ever. At the ELROW Open Air Party no costs and efforts are spared to create an unforgettable event. The shows are an absolute highlight because of their fancy decoration and impressive stage show and if possible you should have seen it at least once when you come to Ibiza!
Solomun at the port
For the sixth time, Solomun mixed the beats at the port of Ibiza this year, heating up tourists, locals and seasonal workers at the end of the summer. Even if it gets a bit cooler in September, Ibiza’s party scene is simply unstoppable. Being part of this free and yearly unique event in the old town at the end of the season is always a real highlight!
