In the adjoining dining room with open wood fireplace, the extendable dining table seats up to 8 people.
Upstairs, you will wake up to an impressive sea view through the panoramic window in the master bedroom and have direct access to a 12m² terrace furnished with a rattan seating area. Also on this floor is the living room, which also offers beautiful sea views. Here you will find a feel-good sofa (3.15 x 2 m), into which a full-size bed (1.40 x 2 m ) is integrated, thus providing space for two more people. It also has a TV armchair, a Smart TV, a work table and an open wood fireplace.
The roof terrace (90 m²), which can be reached via the living room, is designed as a chill-out area in white look and offers a 180 degree panoramic sea view. From here you can enjoy the indescribably beautiful sunset all year round. It is equipped with a lounge that can also be used as a sun lounger and two further sun loungers for 4 people. A shower and various illuminated objects round off the feel-good experience.
In the flowering garden with palm trees, there is a terrace (approx. 30 m²), which lies directly by the pool (4.4 x 2.7 m) and is equipped with a rattan seating group for 8 people, an extendable dining table and a Weber gas barbecue. Above this is another wooden terrace with sea view (30 m²) for sunbathing with 6 sun loungers and a small Aperol rattan lounge from which you can enjoy the sea view. In the garden there is sun all day, if necessary a large juniper tree and a parasol provide shade.
