The superb villa Nui Blau, also called Casa Cigala, is completely private and frontline to the sea on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and with direct access to the sea. Consisting of 3 separate buildings with a total of 8 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, this property has 2 fully equipped kitchens, extremely generous living space and is set within beautiful and well maintained tropical gardens. The typical Ibizincan architecture is combined with Moroccan elements that make it a truly charming property. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully air-conditioned. There are 3 TV’s, SONOS system and free wi-fi internet. This fabulous property sleeps 16 people.

The extensive out-door area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large swimming pool with diving-board, barbecue, fish pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax. A highlight is the unique and magnificent domed ceiling Moroccan style pool house with music system and bathroom facilities – perfect for private parties. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun or to have an evening drink from the built in fridge. Through the garden gate a coastal path with steps leads down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau with several bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk along the coast. The villa is also an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings or seminars due to its distribution and the independent entrances to guest rooms separated from the main house.

THE SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN AREA:
A large pool 16m x 5m is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with numerous sun beds and parasols. The pretty BalI house is connected to the pool via a bridge. A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house. The gardens include palm trees, fruit trees and a large grass lawn with colourful flowers and cactus plants which is ideal for activities. A large Argentinian style BBQ is situated alongside the main terrace. The whole property is totally private .

INTERIOR OF THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house has an open-plan living area, dining room and TV lounge areas with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. There are 5 bedrooms located in the main house.

Bedroom 1: First floor, master bedroom, super king bed, TV, private bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. This bedroom has direct access to a large terrace with impressive garden and sea views.

Bedroom 2: First floor, super king bed, private bathroom with single sink and walk in shower. This room also has a private terrace.

Bedroom 3: Ground floor, large double bed, private bathroom and walk in shower. Direct access to main entrance courtyard.

Bedroom 4: Ground floor, super king bed, large private bathroom with walk in shower.

Bedroom 5 “The Italian Room”: Self contained with private ground floor entrance, kingsize bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and bidet.

Bedroom 6 “The Poolside Suite”: Ground floor, super king bed, private bathroom with single sink and walk in shower.

LA FOURMI INTERIOR: La Fourmi is a separate building with living room, TV, kitchen, outdoor terrace and 2 bedrooms.
