Built with traditional sabina wooden ceilings and cal-white stone walls, each of the 6 large bedrooms are decorated in its own definitive style. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, while the other two are external rooms with their own entrance. All rooms are fully equipped and have high-speed wifi.
The master bedroom is a spacious room that comes with a private salon and terrace overlooking the patio. Immerse yourself in the depth and history of the original farmhouse with hardwood floors and stonework dating back over 500 years.
Bedroom 02 is ideal for children or for those looking for two single bed options. Inside the main house, this large twin room overlooks the glorious olive grove and Mediterranean gardens.
Room 03 comes with bespoke character, an antique desk and an en-suite bathroom. Take a siesta in this cozy and traditional room with low sabina ceilings and ancient stonework walls.
Used in centuries past as stables, bedroom 04 is a secluded haven away from the main house. Handcrafted doors open onto a patio shared with Room 05, just a few small steps from the pool. Perfect for those seeking extra solitude.
This converted stable boasts abundant character. Separated from the main house, and with easy access to the pool and a patio shared with Room 04, this room is the ideal setting to restore and ignite your inspiration.
This large, bright double room 06 boasts an original wooden olive press dating back to the 19th century. Conveniently connected to the main living room, it has space for an extra bed and is part of the main house.

Immerse yourself in historic ibicencan architecture with ancient stone walls and wooden ceilings, enlivened by interiors of unique found items and select fine works of art.
Villa Frutaria is delighted to announce our Artist Residency program starting in 2022. Our goal is to bring together artists of diverse backgrounds and disciplines to interact with the natural environment, the local communities and the history of the island. The program provides an opportunity for artists from around the world to work in a striking and authentic space, sharing joie de vivre, sunshine and the meeting of minds – this is what Villa Frutarias heritage is all about. Our 65m2 studio boasts much natural light within a historic section of the finca.
